How places have not changed for the better

I must have been bored and looked on some of the comments I had posted from our visits to everything from cafes/pubs and B&B's to visitor attractions, (trip advisor) Some of these places not visited for a few years but going off up to date comments things have not improved. I commented on poor access for wheelchair users at the Beamish museum people still complaining about it. We visited a farm which had B&B at £100 per night and complained the wall were that thin you could not get a good nights sleep (2016) owners said they were going to sort it still people complaining about the noise. I just wondered if any one else have looked at their reviews from the past and had there ever been improvements to where they visited or have we just been lining the owners pockets with no improvement in standards
